Meditation is our essential nature. If we want to know ourselves deeply and to live consciously, we need to be rooted in this space of pure awareness.

Osho designed different meditation techniques for people living in the modern world to be able to integrate this state more easily and fully.

Wednesdays - OSHO Kundalini Meditation

This method is a gentle yet highly effective way to release the accumulated stress of our day. Using pulsating movement, dance and silence, it is like an energetic shower, softly shaking us free of pent-up tension and leaving us feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Drum and Dance Journey - Friday, July 11th

This lightly facilitated, full-on drum and dance explosion is the chance you have been looking for to manifest music-in-the -moment with friends old and new. Emphasis is placed on spontaneity and celebration. As we move deeper in our collective journey, space will be given to appreciate the silent stillness of meditation that naturally arises. All are welcome to this jam: drummers, dancers, and enthusiastic listeners alike. Bring a hand drum (other acoustic instruments also welcome), or just bring your dancing feet.

Then, we'll head over to the beach for a fun and relaxing day with friends. Weather permitting, we'll close our perfect beach day with a beautiful ocean wave breath meditation that will forever change your relationship to ocean. What is the AUM Process?

A 2 1/2 hour group meditation and therapeutic process in twelve stages where we explore all shades of our emotional life -- such as anger, love, sadness, laughter... -- experiencing, expressing and releasing in a protected & safe environment. A fun and intense journey, offering deep cleansing, vast opening and a taste of pure being. The process is full-on, as we are encouraged to be total with our bodies, our expression and our energy to explore and let go of everything we are unconsciously holding in our systems.

What are the benefits of the AUM?

Lightness, sensitivity, crisp awareness, a profound sense of warmth and relaxation. Like a clear rainbow-capped sky after a thunderstorm. This connection is restorative and healing for the body, mind and spirit and gets us in touch with our inner-power and vitality.

As we integrate this experience over time, it starts to become easier to express emotions in a healthy way, resulting in more effective communication skills and a greater sense of personal empowerment. The fear of being with and expressing our feelings diminishes, and enabling us to be more present in each moment of our lives, no matter what we are experiencing.

To the AUM, please bring a change of soft, comfortable clothing and a large bottle of water.

For the beach, you can buy food and extra water in town, and bring warm clothing as late afternoon on the beach can get windy.

Bodhi Lionel Dyer is the Director of Bodhidharma Osho Freestate, a
meditation center in Pennsylvania associated with the Humaniversity. He
leads meditation based groups under the motto "just do it!" and stress

Osho Laughter Meditation- Friday, August 1st...Laughter on the Eclipse!

Laughter is a powerful meditation tool.
It re-awakens your energy flow, cleanses your entire being, and brings you back to a more natural state where you feel open and sensitive, spontaneous and relaxed.

The evening will include ecstatic dance, laughter and deep silence. The inter-connected group environment will be comfortable, supportive and fun; and some basic approaches to help you with your laughter will be shared so that anyone can come participate and receive all of the benefits.

This is the day of a solar eclipse, a powerful astronomical event that can support a powerful transformation. A deep process like the laughter meditation is beautiful celebration of this energy.

Come learn and be initiated into the the ancient healing art of Reiki.

Reiki is an energetic practice that re-connects you with relaxation and harmony while supporting healing wherever you need it.

The 1st Level Initiation is transmitted through four energetic attunements. The process opens up the channel for Universal Life Energy in the student. You develop the ability to give yourself caring, love and healing through your hands, from your heart.

In this degree, healing is very much grounded in the physical body. At the same time, awareness, sensitivity and intuition increase in your energetic relation with yourself and the world around you. You will learn to give a chakra balancing and complete healing session to yourself and others.

The initiation is ideal for anyone who wants to better manifest their innate healing potential. It serves as a powerful complimentary tool for all body-workers, healing practitioners, nutritionists, yoga instructors, therapists, artists, musicians and anyone else who would benefit by developing their intuitive healing/channeling capacity.

For people who have been initiated into the 1st Degree of Reiki and are now ready to take their experience to a higher level.

As a 2nd Degree initiate, your capacity to channel the healing power of Reiki will increase. You will learn several of the sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them to enhance your practice. Mental, emotional, and situational healing and the ability to use Reiki over a distance will become possible. With practice and experience, a Level 2 initiate may start giving sessions professionally.

The 2 days will be a meditative journey of healing, learning and sharing. All participants will receive Level 2 initiate certificates as well as introductory manuals.

For 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioners ready to take their relationship with Reiki to the highest level and commit fully to a life-path of meditation and healing. In the direct lineage of 1st Reiki Master Mikao Usui, this Initiation is transmitted through energetic attunement, bringing the highest level of channeling quality. It is commitment to total immersion in Universal Life Energy. You learn the Master Symbol and how to use it to deepen meditation. This symbol supports you to consciously connect with the pure essence of existence and to manifest this quality in day-to-day life. You will also be trained in how to offer Initiations so that you can share Reiki with others if your heart wishes.

Open to all Reiki initiates of any degree. Together, we create a sacred atmosphere of peace & light, connecting in the space of meditation.

We will begin with an OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation. This is a sitting method, in which humming, graceful hand movements and silent witnessing support inner balance and peace.

There will then be an exchange of Reiki treatments between participants. The group energy combined with Reiki will support deep individual healing & awareness, bringing us together in love, trust and acceptance.
